Biography

Dr. Bograd is a physical oceanographer at NOAA's Pacific Fisheries Environmental Laboratory, with interests in physical-biological interactions in the ocean, coastal and upper-ocean processes, eastern boundary current systems, Lagrangian measurements of ocean circulation, climate variability, and fisheries oceanography. He is currently involved in a number of research projects studying interannual to decadal-scale climate variability and its impacts on the marine ecosystems of the North Pacific Ocean.
